for me its fat that is the enemy. if i eat fat i store fat. i have tried dropping carbs almost completely and pounding the fat. the result is that i look flat and store more fat. def high protein/high carb low fat for me.the cardio is a must as well.
You know....I really do appreciate a great physique like the Bouncer has.....but it seems sort of pathetic that the ONLY reason he starts posting here is for compliments and validation.
