Not as much asi should.
At work walk back and forth all day long at work usually carrying something but it dosent seem to do jack shit .

The Falcon stands and paints and mow's yards has good genes so hence keeps thighs top shape and does squats as well. Walks all day.

i did this lawn mowing shit some years ago

working every goddamn day cept sunday for 9 am til 7 pm

hard work it was, but it didn't do jack fucking shit for my wheels
