Those arms are growing like weeds. Have you thought about overtraining delts?
well i am really obsessed with arms as you know
i'm like the pasty twinkish version of ct fletcher
but i focused not enough on delts i think, i did make a lot of progress on military press
but maybe military press is another overhyped delt exercise
maybe i need to go crazy on the arm raises, with dumbbells, cables etc
tons of them
also i think i need more tricep prioritization
typically i would do bench press like 4 sets, then dumbell press 4 sets, incline press machine 4 sets, some flies 4 sets, super set barbell curls and skull crushers 4 sets, curl machine and cable press down(tricep extention?) super set 4 sets
and then 4 sets curl machine with hammer grip
