ive been playing with angles and degrees on the flat bench during the positive and negative portion of the rep and found that i can really hit it thoroughly just by getting away from the 'way your supposed to' do the press. ive really brought out a lot of roundess and fullness in the last couple months this way. also exhausting my upper chest on the flat w light barbell press to the neck (135) focusing on the upper portion of my chest to move the weight. try it. cheers man. fucking awesome work bro.
