I've been watching the original series on Netflix, man it's bringing back good childhood memories.
Anyone, after reading through the "badass" thread with all the fucked up white kids, I started comparing it to the kids shows I've seen my friends children watching... and I'm starting to realize just how low the bar has fallen.
This series had the characters using pretty decent vocab, trying to instill decent morals that most people will agree with, honor, courage, commitment, honesty, etc.... It had adult themes, war, violence, etc, but still managed to keep it from glamorizing violence (in a way).
The modern day kids show's i've seen are little more than flashing lights and screaming idiocy, loud characters that flail about with no objective or rhyme or reason, no message, no nothing...
Has anyone else noticed this trend?

Todays kids shows suck, are mindless drivel, old kids shows rule, and try and teach good morals and values.
