yes I was a fat fuck and that pool pic will remain in my memory for a long time. I was (am) surprised how fast fat is melting away though, had to renew almost completely my clothes everything was way to big.

first part- at 46 to take control and knock that muhc fat off, while being natural? honestly his impresses me more than my own transofrmation from 12% after my surgery to now. im geared up, im younger. most guys get that heavy and throw in the towel, esp at that age- like what the fuck for. i'll jsut have another pizza, right? the mental and physical commitment impresses the hell out of me. he looks like he lost 10-15%. thats crazy.

to the second point. you guys have no idea how much seeing shit like this amps me up- watching someone do this, and know i helped in some small way? THAT is what it is about. fuckin mad props bro. respect. amazing. keep grinding.
