Add cervical spine surgery which was causing his lat issue.

no-bull shoulders workout  ;)

Man does Ronnie look tired. He's sitting on the bench between sets with a gut, sweating and winded. Not the same Ronnie from days gone by.

He's done. He paid the price for being the best with his injuries and drug burnt out body. It's sad but I bet champs like him never thought all the money flow would end from contracts, contest winnings and appearances. It must be a financial shock to him how quickly they are forgotten about. Yates is in the same boat with all the injuries he had.  Both trained brutally heavy and they both damaged their bodies. If you want to be the best you have to red line it every step of the way. It seems Yates is still making money.

It's the same story in the NFL. Most live it up for their 5 year career with fancy cars and houses. When their injury ridden body is done they end up broke. No one bothered to tell them that 5 million dollars can flow out of you pocket quickly. What does the first thing a 22 year old who grew up with nothing does with 5 million dollar contract? He puts 2 million on a 3 million dollar house. Buys houses for a couple of relatives. In his crib he keeps 500K in cars. He buys a vacation house too. Then he gets employees on his pay check. He hands out annual money to relatives and friends. In the end he ends up with nothing. Nobody ever told him to bank the money and live off the interest. He thinks he going to have a 12 year career that is done in 5.
