隸屬於IFBB體系；日本最大的健美組織「JBBF日本健美協會」；今天11月14日在東京品川区市民會館；舉行傳統上不分量級的第59屆「2013日本ボディビル選手権」（日本全國健美賽）。
目前預賽已經結束；稍後即將進行決賽。
其中一位去年全日本第六名的強手 木澤大祐這次也有參賽。木澤大祐就如同很多其他日本頂尖運動選手一樣；本身都有一個「正職」。＊ 木澤大祐目前在一家專門做廢棄醫療器材資源回收工廠；開堆高機上班。工作辛苦賺錢養家；上班做粗重、下班還要練身體……。
我也認識一位住在大阪日本極真空手道（不戴護具）比賽成績不錯的選手，比賽時被打的鼻青臉腫；第二天照樣忍痛上班當廚師！
＊ 據我所知；在日本除非你是極頂尖、全國又知名的選手；才會有廠商找你簽約代言給錢。但你（妳）如成績退步或違反簽約規定；那就馬上回家吃自己！（日本政府不會給你什麼獎金….）
＊ 所以；我常強調：你想要把健美練好；請先找一個穩定收入的工作！也不要才開始練沒幾個月；就整天胡思亂想說要立志當個「私人健身教練」或比賽！"

Hard work and support the family ; to do heavy work , but also practiced body ...... commuting .
I know who lives in Osaka, Japan Kyokushin karate ( not wearing protective gear ) competition results good players , the game is being beaten black and blue ; still reluctantly go to work the next day when the chef !
* As far as I know ; in Japan, unless you are very top , the country has known players ; find you will have a firm endorsement contract money . But you ( you ) or breach of contract , such as performance deterioration provisions ; would come home and eat their own ! ( Government of Japan will not give you what bonus .... )
* So ; I always emphasize : Do you want to bodybuilding Enhancing ; please find a stable income job !
Do not just start practicing a few months ; said to be determined on the day cranky when a " personal trainer " or competition ! "
