with or without tren (or t3) if I added it up, my carb intake is probably over 700/day, easy.
without carbs i'm fucking starving. hundred grams at least for breakfast, plus a few other hundred gram meals, plus 50-60g's every hour or so throughout the day... and I stay under 10%, and spend months at less than 7% (with t3. lol)... even after a week of eating cookie dough, ice cream, 2-4 boxes of hamburger helper, potatoes, soda.. ect... still have 8 abs and seratus.
