I was just going to write this myself. 

So who is the friend?  Does anybody know?  Also, is buying things from Titus knowing the money would be used when he flees a crime?  Is it abetting (sp?) him?

It would have to be in some way considering that the person would know their whereabouts without turning them in.

I am guessing a friend they couldn't trust afterall. Were they meeting this person at Shaw's? I do not know this place they were caught. Is it somewhere you would have to be a complete fool to show your face at a time like this?

That exactly what is likely, the police had the name of the friend and just waited with him for them to show up. Not a matter of friendship, the friend could've ended up in prison.

Their only way out was if they'd had sufficient cash on hand to leave the country almost immediately, without having to sell assets.

Here's what I don't get, why such a rush job on the body disposal?  Hell, they could have taken 5 hours to clean out the bank accounts before taking the body out.  Then straight to Mexico - don't wait around to see if the cops can figure out if it's your car or not (VIN #'s must be a new concept to Craig).

My guess some or all involved were on drugs - making their sense of time altered.  That, paired with just a plain lack of common sense, got them...



My guess is that a phone call log would show some calls to Mass - and the police found that a place to wait for him...

Although none of us knows the details of any transactions which may have taken place, providing a friend with cash is not necessarily a crime, and it certainly would not be if the friend had no knowledge of what was going on. 

That's why when you're in a situation and get "the call", you do what you want, but ask no questions.

anyone who reads the site will knwo that I'm NOT all about that.

I just didn't want some radical/one-sided group buying it and pushing the whole thing ala tookie williams.

I wanted the world to have a FAIR AND BALANCED place to see all aspects of the chase, the case, the trial, and the aftermath.

So far, they have been VERY good about making the story about Craig and the crime they deem sexy- and not about steroid rage, or anything silly like that.

Hell, from Craig's recent pic (available on www.freecraigtitus.com ) he looks like he's been cleaning out- bald, skinny, and frail compared with his stage package.  So if any drug is blamed, it should be the rumored GHB or whatever else he was on.
