THis is a tough one- I'd pick one of these:

Mike Arvilla- passionate about bodybuilding, good guy and knows how to train
Rhino(Jack)- a monster, again a good guy and knows how to train
VinnyVee- HUGE dude and intense trainer.

Oh you'll get your chance soon enough! Hey, did you get dug out yet? I spent pretty much all of yesterday shoveling. Lower back is  SPENT!!!!!!!! 8)

I just came back from the Y and had an awesome workout with my old buddies! There was at least 5 of my friends that would own you!! haha

Hey VinnyVee:

Yeah got dug out yesterday- actually spent a bunch of hours helping some idiot neighbor who kept barrying his car on the street and almost hitting other cars.  My lower back is spent too- no matter how you lift it, you can't take the lower back out of it!

Yep- we'll have to train soon man.  Keep in touch on that.... but I'm scared you'll kill me in the gym.
