Serious question. Has getbig comforted you in some way? Either after a death in the family, divorce, illness, job loss or other tragic event.

I keep my tough times stories to myself and tend not to talk about them on the internet where they are recorded for posterity.

It's amazing the amount of collective knowledge available here.

True to an extent. Some days, when shit is just fucked up, I come here and see something like the "banana in trabbu now" JPEG and laugh for 2 straight hours. This place is perfectly matched to my warped sense of humor. No other place on the Internet is as good.

Getbig has provided me with an effective coping technique. When times are hard I just imagine myself under that white towel and my problems seem to disappear.

Hell yeah it has! On my first deployment the base I was at blocked most of the Internet...but not getbig...the picture threads on the porn board literally saved my life! Lol
