Bodybuilders should be like 1960s & 1970s.
Paul Hill, 1973 AAU Mr. America

Jim Morris won the 1973 AAU Mr. America. Paul Hill won the Mr. USA, Jr. America and Jr. USA but only took 4th at the America.

Chuck committed suicide I think he cut his arms off or something not real clear.

After he cut off one arm how did he get the other arm off?  He did kill himself though. By many accounts he led a good life until he had an affair and left his wife. He quickly realized he made a mistake and felt his life was ruined. I'm not pretending to know the all the facts but this is what I read.

Yes it was something like that I heard. I would never kill myself over a woman. Not sure how he did that.

What is happening to our bodybuilding?
Any action to save this sport ?

Like i said before, make the vacuum pose mandatory and bodybuilding will be pleasant to the eye again.

And 4 minute posing routines also. A mass monster would colapse within minute 1:30 mark.

This should have been done a long time ago.

It's 100% the judging. The judges have dictated where the sport has gone.

Back when Corey Everson was dominating the sport, their were competitors that were bigger and more shredded, yet they still chose to reward her. We need that again.

Absolutely correct,as long as its a posing routine, and not just walking from side to side and hitting a couple of poses.

I really could care less if they took posing out altogether.

Bodybuilding is all about COMPARISON. Who looks best next to who.

Save time and instead give more time to the actual comparisons.

That would make it gayer...lol  ::)

Allright lets get this straight, the day you find everyone you know/ have ever known/ your friends/ enemeis/ whores / kids/.......eat a meal of protein from a box....and it replaces a meal from the 4 or 5 meals they havr in a day.
...that day.......bodybuilding will reach its peak.
On that day...only a priviliged few will have access to gear.

On that day....those privileged few....will be known as.....---FREAKS OF NATURE

On that day musclecenter sir, you will be worshipped by the ignorant naturals.

Either a mass exodus from contests, et al or just flat out boo every single druggie up there.  "Women" included.  Make fun of all of these jerks.  Boo and berate them and the so-called judges.  Explain to the media why you are doing this as you will inevitably be asked what's the beef?

It would have to be a overwhelmingly vast majority of the audience as nothing short of that would result in expulsion from the venue, leaving only the sad little men in eyeliner to sticky up the linoleum.  Yuck.

That did not occur to me, thanks!  They are in the bathroom with the contestants (no bed needed).  Just stay away from all things bodybuilding today.
