I wooden door with multi-point locking would be your best option but you do need the frame removed as well. You can't fit a good new door into a shitty old frame. You could always go for pvc-u or aluminium as well. Make sure the pvc is fully re-inforced with galvanised steel and even Iris Kyle won't be getting through....

No just a reasonably high end home improvement company that sells, fits and guarantees doors. They will have lots to chose from so have a look through and go for a design you like. Make sure it has high tech security with reinforcement and multi-point locking. It may cost you a few bucks but will be a good investment and you can sleep easy knowing your baby mama won't come surfing into your front room.
