Read it again fucktard.  It is bolded.  COOKED.  not raw, fucking chimp
Man you are a moron.  Do you still not understand?  It will take 5 or 6 lbs of raw bacon to make one lb. cooked.  Most bacon packages are 12 ounce raw or 16 ounce which will yield about 400 calories or less since the fat completely renders.  You don`t know a damn thing about cooking or anything for that matter.

Thank you. From google:

Large egg whites = 17 calories x 10 = 170
Two eggs cooked = 60 cals x 2 = 120
Cup of oatmeal, cooked = ~200 calories
strip of bacon, cooked = 40 calories x 4 = 160
Box of cereal = 140 calories

Do you get it now, galeniko?

These people don`t cook and they don`t count calories.  They have no clue really at all about any of this.  Its kind of amusing actually.

egg white = 52 cals x 10 = 520
whole egg= 155      x  2  = 310
banana      =  90       x  2  = 180
rasher of bacon grilled
trimmed fat  = 54      x 4   = 216
plain pancake= 75      x 4   = 300
small bowl of
cornflakes with
skimmed milk
(no sugar)      = 170   x 1   = 170

1696 cals without the bowl of grits ,that is conservative estimate as bacon looks like could be more than 4 rashers , could be sugar with cereal + however many cals in the bowl of grits.

Do everybody a favor and quit giving dietary advice ever again. Where on earth is a whole egg 152 calories? And 52 calories for ONE egg white? Are you fucking serious?

I forgot to add the pancakes into the list but they are tiny, I would estimate no more than 300 calories for the whole stack.

I like your style. This forum's credibility has gone down a notch in light of how disillusioned some of the people are.

This is more like it, but don't forget the hidden oils in the pancakes, the frying pan oil etc, you can conservatively add a couple of hundred calories to your figure, what it comes down to is how much oil, type of oil etc he used to fry the bacon and pancakes etc, but not with standing that your maths is correct ball park

only thing i fucked up calculation eggs and whites lol , i put cals for 100 g of eggs, instead per egg.

its 75 for a whole egg and 17 for a white

so only 170 cals for whites and 150 for whole egss.  does make a big difference to the 1696 cals i said , probably around 1200 cals + whatever the bowl of grits comes to ... still personally can't see the guy eating that much every morning though.

You guys still way off, that's NOT one cup of Oatmeal in that pic, that's minimum 2 more like 3, the bacon rashers gonna be around 100 calories each, the pancakes are more like around 90-120, we have no idea what he has added to the pancake mix also etc.

Taking all variables and potential discrepancies into account 1800 -2300 is absolute perfect balancing range.

I will give anyone who disputes this:

6-1 on the under 1800 calories line.

and 2-1 on the over 2300 calories line.

Place your bets please

If you look closely, you'll see that the 300 cal measurement is for one DRY cup - yielding about 2-3 cups cooked.

Quote
If you weighed everything in that picture (original thread pic is what I am talking about) and sent it to a nutritionist the answer would be between 1800-2300 calories.

This may well be true, but there is a serious illusion going on with the eggs in relation to the rest of the meal. He is only eating the whites, and discarding the rest. Those bacon strips are absolutely tiny, about what you'd expect from a cruise ship kitchen (which I why I chose Denny's serving size as a reference.) It is no more than 1400 calories. Maybe if you include the cup of coffee and sugar, but it is definitely not the monstrous breakfast that many perceive it to be, and certainly not your high-end estimate of 2300 calories.

Some people just have a furnace for a metabolism. I maintain at 170 and I eat about the same daily, but this is what I ate yesterday.

Two egg sandwiches with bacon
Chicken and broccoli combo takeout
Whole rotisserie chicken (legs, breasts, thighs) with some rolls
Two heaping portions pot roast/potatoes
Large bag Of Doritos for munchies at night
Packet of pasta sides
And a protein shake

I lose weight within hours if I don't keep up with it. It's fucking annoying to the point that I wonder if there is actually a tapeworm inside of me. Worst part is, I'm still small in clothes. Two years of this damn force feeding and I'm still hovering at 170. end rant

your also a puny guy no doubt with chicken legs who jogs 5 miles a day

You are fucking blind. Those are not silver dollar pancakes.  Take a look at the size compared to an egg.  Those are small normal sized pancakes.  Silver dollar pancakes are called that for a reason, because they are sized like a silver dollar.  In reference to those eggs those pancakes are about 5 inches in diameter.  Far bigger than a silver dollar.  Pancakes are not air.  They are flour, sugar, eggs and milk, all high calorie shit ingredients that are fried in butter or oil and suck it up like a sponge.

A bowl that is slightly bigger than the mug of coffee..? It is small bowl, I can't imagine it being more than 300cal of oatmeal. And two bananas = 200 calories or so? As for the bacon, I still don't think that is anything more than 200 cals worth.. You are a strung out meth addict in his 30s that believes every glance that somebody makes towards you is an invitation for sex. You would be laughed at in the states, wearing a shirt from baby gap at the club trying to pick up chicks 20 years younger.  And BTW that is still a far cry from your 5000 calorie estimate; you lose.
