Look, this is not hard at all. go on a clean diet and do some fucking cardio. maybe add some clen if you can't handle doing it right. you post on here all day so you must know a few things by now, i hope.
from that pic i would guess you think bulking is gaining as much fat as possible...this is wrong. you need to "control" your diet if you want to actually look like you workout.
34" waist is nothing to be pround of, remember that your waist doesn't hold all the fat. i have an uncle with a 34 inch waist and i bet he hasn't seen his feet in years because his gut sticks out over it. your waist size has NOTHING to do with bodyfat percentage.
Check out john goudy's thread...he has the right idea of bulking. before you bulk you must be lean first. have fun!
