Arnold met promoter Jim Lorimar there when he won the 1970 mr. World.   he said when he retired they would partner up and promote shows together, bringing prize money up over twenty grand.  their first contest together was the mr. Olympia in 1976, and I think they shared a contest there every year since.  in 1986 it became the Arnold.
