once i hit 165-170 @ 6% tanned and shaved then i'll send them out
at the moment i'm a buck 70 but not a dry 6% more like a water ballon bloated waisted toad LOL
i'll hit this 165-170 @ 6% by the end of may me thinks
the key for me is not to "over-diet" and to take it nice a slow-like and to keep the training poundages strong and high

i punched out 7 reps with the 80 pounders on the dumbell incline and i plan to hit 5-7 reps with the 100-110 pounders right quick-like

so TA, if you're reading this brother how many cals would you recommend that i eat once i start the body recomp?
i'm thinking BWX15 or maybe even BWX17-18
right now i'm on the see-food diet and i'm getting in a good 4 grand per day
