ive used the curl bar n used the straight bar as well as the dumbell, i liked them all but the dumbell seems better for me, ive even used the machine like the one dorian uses in his blood n guts video, honestly i think they all hit the muscle in slightly different ways. alot of people say they r useless after a certain age cause the ribcage cant be stretched then, whether that true or not doesnt matter to me cause ive seen great progress from pullovers when i really worked hard on them n gave 100% percent focus, for u guys lookin to add some good beef to your LATS n PECS,(ESPECIALLY LOWER PORTIONS OF PECS) they will do the job nicely, dont be afraid to experimant with different BARS,DIFFERENT GRIPS AND USING SUPER CLOSE GRIPS N SUPER WIDE GRIPS, THEY WORK
