Whats Ironic is Big Ro would kill this guy on stage.Big Ro had breat shape, he is dense, leand and hard.This guy isnt a total farm boy.If he had farm boy genetics he would have log arms.Log arms are big arms with no peak.He does have a peak on his arm, and his waiste isnt that wide.
He just doesnt have enough mature dense muscle.
He is strong from what I see, so he is heading in the right direction.If he does deadlifts it will just make his waste like thick and make him look like shit.
Heavy dead lifts give 99% of people a big blocky look.
Perfect example Johnny Jackson . I saw him right before he turned pro, at the Mr O expo.I asked him what show he was doing he said Nationals.I told him you will win.He said I hope so.
He won he was a light heavy.He looked amazing.He is the kind of guy your jelious of.
I weighed 280 lbs at the time this guy is a light heavy, and he blew me away.
He has small joints, really round muscle bellies.He looked 230lbs but he was not much over 200lbs.
If Johny Jacskson wouldnt have starti g deadllifting heavy, and kept his physique crisp he would be top 3 if not Mr Olympia.He had the genetics.But he cose to be 250 lbs on stage.
He only needed to be 225lbs like Flex Wheeler on stage.Now he is blocky, he doesnt have detail, and his muscle dont flow well together.They used to,it was insane how good his lines used to be
Same with Branch Warren When he turned pro, looked great.Was lean hard, and had great lines.

Then he started getting blocky.
This guy needs 20-30 lbs of muscle and time.He shouldnt even to go to Phoenix.
