This actually a good weekend warrior, small dose, recreational lifter build.

This is not gyno. This a bit of fat, bit water. Check estrogen levels. Drink more water.

Good tricep. The lighting/filter destroy it. Better to have gone no filter.

While AJ rolls over, makes sex to his wife, then drives to his well paying job (likely in a nice car), tells people what to do, then comes home to his family and likely nice house, shizzo is drinking bottom shelf booze hating his life.

Dammit. I probably should've bought those. I bought used individual Troy dumbbells off of Craig's list that still cost a pretty penny and only go up to 85s, so I still need at least 100s and 110s. I do have the Ironmaster bench which is really nice.

That's definitely a reasonable natural physique. Not at all judging if AJ needed some help - but anyone that is seriously so weak to think that's unachievable with diet/training/OTC supps is truly pathetic. I understand that not everyone has the same genetics - but don't make yourself look like a tool and scream it's enhanced. In the Corps I was certainly not focused on size due to my MOS and I can tell you that myself and other team members were certainly harder and many were larger than this pic. I can tell you our top was a fuggin beast and many of the weaker generation would never believe that he got that way from genetic LS and saying his prayers and cleaning his plate.
