i worked in NYC bouncing and hated to see other guys i worked with abusing their position and throwing some little dude around in front of the dudes girl,i never did that shit unless the guy was not willing to listen to reason and started getting violent,even then i would just throw a RNC or a side HEAD AND ARM CHOKE on them n it would b lights out n i didnt have to hurt no one.ive seen dudes come back n wait outside with guns for the bouncer that kicked his ass bad n put a slug in that bouncers ass,it happens alot in NYC

My Buddies and I all worked as Doormen/Bouncers and Bartenders in the 80's in Ft. Laud. Have seen and been part of some wild shit. One guy who was bouncing at a the bar where my friend was bartending beat the shit of a guy threw him out. The guy was waiting for him when he got off with a shotgun killed him.
