so i tried the mystical 3 plates for close grip bench today for first time ever
pumped out a good 5 reps and called it a day
then proceeded with my usual 130kg and 120kg sets for a lot of reps
next few weeks i'll be hitting them 3 plates for sets of 8 i dont doubt it
then i did also

single dumbell double hand seated over head extension
hammer curls
lying down double hand double dumbell tricep extension
standing alternating curls
skull crushers
reverse grip ez bar curls
single arm single dumbel standing overhead extention
dumbel preacher curls
ez bar wrist extensions
ez bar wrist flexions
dumbel wrist extensions
hit a couple of shots and called it a day
