Chris was a great BB
very complete, no weak points

hard partying lifestyle may have held him back a bit

I have a question for Mike Katz's upcoming interview. From a scale of 1-10, how rusty were those fenders on his bike?

Let me guess, "he let Tyson off with a warning"?  ::)

Iron Mike was lucky that Cromier did let him off with a warning - Chris was capable of inclining 500 for reps, while Tyson by all accounts was lucky to bench 405 or so.

And you know Chris never allowed himself to go catabolic or to creep into negative nitrogen balance, dehydration, or low blood sugar. His energy levels, amino acid turnover, hydration levels, and hormone levels were always optimized.

The frequent meal breaks for chicken & rice and whey / dextrose / creatine shakes that he, Flex, and Rico took on rotations every 2 hours assured that. He said in Flex Mag that the bosses allowed them to keep their coolers nearby to optimize their performance on the job, and they also always kept their gallons of distilled water on ice right by the door - bouncing drunks out the door was hard work.

While Chris was loading up on carbs, protein, BCAAs, etc, Iron Mike was out in the parking lot chugging 40's and smoking mo's. It would have been no contest - Chris by a leg sweep, arm bar, or full Nelson FTW!
