IIRC Milos Sarcev advocates a training regime similar.
Not pretending to be the PHA expert and my memory is fuzzy but it was something like this:
A giant set of squats, back rows, delt press, bicep curl, calf raise, incline press, abs and tricep extensions. Maybe three series.
Next on the same work out would be leg press, pull down, bench, lateral raise, concentration curl, seated calf, abs, dips. All done non stop for three series
He would then do a final series of exercises. A brutal way to train. I don't know how this could be done in commercial gym.
