No, Zane did a vaccum when it counted. I've competed and I concur with everyone else. That guy looks like shit. Bodybuilding is dead. If you relax on stage your stomach should not still be sticking out farther than your chest. Insulin loading + carbs = shit

JFC. Lazy fat little fuck can't even keep his gut semi flexed for a three minute trophy presentation from Arnold. That's a legit 40+ inch gut on a 5'4" runt.  He's on stage on the biggest day in bodybuilding and his jiffy pop bloated belly is literally sticking out five inches past his chest.
