Pretty shredded - but no more than any middle weight at a good show... I think some of you confuse vascularity with lean.. First - let me say that this guy DOES appear to be very lean... I am just saying that many guys at that level of conditioning or even leaner - dont have his vascularity.
No safety fat for this fella.
