I discovered most supplements were bullshit pretty much when I joined Getbig and the harsh truth came out.

I'd never been one for spending loads on supplements anyway, just a good protein powder and a bit of creatine here and there is all you need along with boatloads of food and gear.

Supplements are all bullshit?  For me it was my mid to late 20s.  I take nothing now.  Just food, water and coffee.  Occasionally beer.  I notice absolutely no difference in terms of performance and my blood pressure and blood work is perfect.  The only thing i do everyday is drink a massive vegetable shake with mostly greens.  Perhaps it's worth noting im natural, not a mass monster or "one of the bigger guys" here nor do I ever want to be.
