remaining sets 5 plates/same kettles/220 on extensions...i was smoked here and pumped/breathing/heart was cooking...
next up 'v'squat hammer strenght 3 plates a side with stiff legged dbell 60's
remaining sets 4 plates and 75 on db stiff legged
and final set same squat and 85's on stiff legged
finished 4 sets lying leg curls 140/145/150/150 sets 10/10/10/8
calves seated calf raise x5..
set 1.. 2 plates x20
set 2..3 plates x15
set 3..3.5 plates x15
set 4..3.5 same
set 5 3.5 x10,drop to 3 for 10.drop 2.5 x10
i do 8-10 full reps and do some reps top portion to flat and then bottom stretch to dame flat midpoint..
