What sucks je when u just showered aplied the cream, then 30 min later gotta take a Shit.
Gotta un mudbutt myself, use wet wipes, bend over and,dry my ass by the fan, re apply the cream and clean,the applicator again.

i never used applicator ,,just dab finger and get it on ,wash your hands or sanitize then wash you'll be fine,i am not sticking no applicator in my ass..

I was gonna ask that question here if it had to go up my rear and on the site, it says to do both. Not pleasant the least. Also figured it had to because they sell suppositories. Maybe the excess preperation H creams outta your ass to cover the outside of your anus. dunno...

So you go through this instead of dealing with a proctologist and getting them lasered?  You know that many times they will return multiple times until you get them dealt with?

Brutal, one of the worst experiences in life.

Been battling the almighty hems for 10 years.  About once every 2-3 years they flare up.  Sometimes they aren't that bad.  Most of the time it's damn near torture.

Getting that shit cut out next time.
