just one word of advice: i don't think you need a "high intensity" program, and i don't think you should try to rush things. be patient and try to reach your goal through means that you can sustain for the rest of your life. no need to go "biggest loser" style, burn out, and gain weight again.

and besides, progress is the fun part... why not savor the progress -- stretch it out.

I used to think this also. Never thought I could ever get under 200 except after an extended period of dieting and serious training. It is not correct. You just have to quit eating so much, expecially carbs. But this is something you are already doing, so good luck.

I think I've solved the 6 foot 275 lb but not appearing so heavy conundrum also. 25 lbs of impacted fecal matter, just like John Wayne. I suggest a colonic.

Those vids were not enough to plant reasonable doubt in my mind. You say that your legs are pathetic, so where is the weight coming from? Must be the 42'' waist; you do a good job of hiding that in the picture you posted. I won't confront you any more in your thread though.
