But he wouldn't have heart problems if he continued to juice hard. Thus, he would not have needed surgery. Who knows how much effect it had on his heart.

Okay, 145k for a life-altering malpractice lawsuit of this type would be nothing. This would be a huge payout - many times that amount if it's true.

UNLESS, he signed some sort of waiver recognizing the possible side effects of this specific type of surgery. Id imagine that certain surgeries carry high risk and as such, people know the risks of the surgery and are required to sign something, which alleviates the doctor of any responsibility if something goes wrong.

Where is the IFBB to step in with a large donation? I'm sure the nfl, NBA or even WWE would for their athletes? Is there an athletes rep or someone we can ask about this?
