Agree 100%. Too many people standing around with their hands out. I'm in a fucking cast and still working.

Check the housing prices FIRST I was lucky got my place 15 years ago when I left the army, now condos are over $200,000 in Surrey alone!
In Richmond over $400,000 for anything nice...
AVERAGE Townhouse in Richmond goes for $570,000
