If you are shorter than 4'10'' adult height (Jodi is like literally the cutoff point) you scientifically suffer from "Dwarfism." Now whether that comes along with a constellation of other issues like disproportionate limbs, or other abnormalities seen in midgets/dwarfs, points to a bigger issues. I know a girl who is under the cutoff, and her proportions are only slightly off, but she still looks normal by all accounts other than height.

FWIW, the cut-off for handicapped license plates in NY is around 4'8".

There's already one I've seen (IG) which shows her sitting on a lounge-type chair, and she looks to be consistent with the cartoon girl. So if the pics in question are photoshopped, it could be they aren't done to an extreme.

It could turn out the girl is for real.
