Well i saw a few episodes.
Apart from being mildly entertaining looks rather like some 5% Nutrition ad stretched to about half an hour more or less.
Also a lot of lies in the nutrition department and highly questionable food choices.
There's more but not wanting to write a novel.
In short, a complete mess like his body LOL

I watched the first couple of episodes and they were somewhat entertaining. But, every episode is almost a repeat of the previous.

What I don't get:
Why do you need to workout?
The oil/pmma certainly won't grow.
And the real muscles will detoriate over time.
So it is a complete waste of time.
