Looks like the same type of VEINS to me. Certainly not the type of vascularity I'd like to sport.

Nicorulez, i'm sure you meant to say Brachial artery rather than medial as a major artery in the arm. Medial nerve is a major structure in the forearm but not the medial artery. Anyway i'm only playing with you. The other guys, llyod etc have poor knowledge of basic anatomy but maybe they didn't study it. If you are a medical professional as I am maybe you could have a little more patients with these "ass-clowns"

Nicorulez is right, I am almost embarassed that someone would try to dispute that those are not veins.

It's posts like these which show me how little the hoy palloy know of medicine, the scary thing is they think they can go on WebMD or some other site and self diagnose or worse treat!!!

Any first year medstudent could make sure that those weren't arteries. Don't even bother opening up an anatomy book....open up a physical exam book from the 1800's and they will tell you that the way to differentiate a vein from an artery is simply by checking to see if it is occludable or has palpable pulse.
