59 in three days. my triceps are still big, full, and strong. no problems for me. maybe I'm lucky. still can do nose busters no problem.

As can I. But the tris are lacking.

Buy an inversion table and use it 2x daily for spinal decompression.

Does it really work? I was thinking about getting one of those.

That's your bodybuilding-induced insecurity speaking. I'm your height and wish my biceps were half as good as yours... high tris too. And I'm still in my '20s.

Mine just basically shrank. I've always had relatively strong triceps and still do, but they just are flat with no fullness or pop. Very disappointing. If my tris matched my bis I would have a nice 18.5-19" arm.

And if your mom had a dick she'd be your dad. Be happy with what you've got man. Mine are 16.5" (real measurement, not at an angle or pressed up against my body). I'm assuming yours are about the same size?

Legit cold 17.5, maybe a bit bigger. They've been 18, but I am trying to lean out a bit more.

I will explain part of this again. Most guys who trained for years begin to have elbow pain that interferes with training them, ie skull crushers.  Most stop doing overhead movements for the long head because of shoulder and elbow issuses.

This.  I have talked to both Haney and Taylor (only two pros I know that are retired) about why this happens.  Lee doesn't have this problem.  He said he thinks it is because they have ruined their elbows, wrists and tendons over the years.  Most can't stimulate the long head of the triceps well enough to keep size there.

Taylor just said "beats me".

The atrophy might be related with the gradual stifening of the spine, the cervical area in this case.
Last years i have been dealing with a cervical hernia, and one of the sympthoms was the left triceps atrophy, caused by the pressure in the nerves.
Muscle and therefore skeleton imbalances might agravate this condition. One thing that most bodybuilders have is the shoulders rotated forward, pulling the neck forward, creating stress points in the cervical area.

If I can grab a pic that won't make me hurl, sure. I am doing arms tomorrow, so maybe that'll be the time. They'll have a "pump"  ::)

it's almost always due to c4/c5 issues and attendant spinal stenosis.

If it was spinal issues, it would be below that level. Try C6/C7.  I may be this sometime. But I can tell you in my case it is more elbow joint related from training hard for the past 36 years straight.

The chest implant is ridiculous though. He has good vascularity, but he just looks 100% drug-built as he gets older. Not much size, biceps look torn but apparently he never tore is bis, only his chest.

Yes they do help.it takes a week or so of doing it but helps me with back pain.
my biggest problem is that I'm not consistent enough using it.

Benfatto beat the curse (so far), in his 50s.
