Rich must be pissed that Elgin beat him to the title 'Smaller by the Day - [his] Crossfit Show Motherf@#kers'.  'Better by the Day' just doesn't have the same ring to it...

And notice how he says he made this video 8 days into his diet - wonder if he was checking out his willpower after so many months with his friends  Ben, Jerry and Chipotle?  :)

On the subject of DNP etc. since Rich famously published his cycle, I wonder if he'll be so open about 'supplementation' this time round?

he looks to be in pretty good shape at 311 so how much would he really have to lose to be in contest shape, 20 pounds or so?

He is 6'1 and pretty lean, has defined abs. 311 in "offseason" too. There is no way in hell he's a legit 311.

doesn't matter ,that is not a stage physique at this point,in 90's /mid 200's in his prime he looked like a 'real'dieted bber with flaws but still was legit ,today forget it .who knows how he looked shredded he covered in tats anyway..
