I about a week ago lost all desire to push my self as hard as I have been. I am not one of the guys that does not know what they are doing and goes everyday and burns out but I just feel like I don't care. I know it will pass I am just looking for people who are in the same boat (body builders) to give me some encouragement. I should have mentioned that I am in a cutting cycle and thAT'S WHEN i ALWAYS GET IN THIS FUNK.

Don't worry I've been to the stage where I go to the market with my wife and want to cry becuase it's to much. right know i'm at 5'10 207 and about 12% and I need to bring it down to about 6% for a shoot a friend of mine is doing With my brother, and me if I trim enough.
