Overall it's a waste of money.  Good (only slightly) for shallow type joint issues - wrist, elbow, knee, CTS, etc..   Completely useless for any kind of deeper inflammation (shoulders, quads, etc..)

I took the pills, didn't do shit for me, but maybe I was asking too much- was hoping to heal a broken sesamoid bone faster (or at least the area around it).

Had a weird overall sense of well-being initially, but didn't notice anything when I went off after 4 months.

Gym Rat has had success with the injectable though, and Honkins claims it cured his GERD, and now is going to funnel 1000 cals of MCT oil a day.

People get fired or laid off everyday in the real world. In business you eliminate unnecessary departments or positions in order to stay within a certain budget. It's no different in Government. I said years ago even before Trump was elected in 2016, you have to Government as if it were a business if you wanted it to be successful. I also said in order to that you need business people, not politicians or at least lifelong politicians. They don't know shit. They've never created a job, never had to stay with a budget to grow a bottom line, never signed an employee paycheck, never hired or fired (as a business owner or CEO) in other words, they are all but clueless to the workings of a business.

A lot of truth being written in this here post. Government employees don’t give a shit about the bottom line because it doesn’t affect their pay. Until now I suppose.
