Trump's lawyers filed a formal notice of appeal in January 2025. This appeal is still pending. And he did do this, Donald Trump's fraud case is a civil lawsuit filed by the New York Attorney General alleging that he and his company, the Trump Organization, engaged in years of financial fraud. The lawsuit claimed that Trump and his associates inflated his net worth and the value of his real estate properties to secure more favorable loan and insurance rates from financial institutions. Appeals from both the prosecution and defendant are still pending.

Figure out he’s the first Republican to win the popular vote in two decades, 89% of ALL counties shifted right, he won every swing state and he increased his popularity among blacks, hispanics, and young folks. Almost everything shifted right, even with most of the media against him.  It was a complete mandate.
