I guess the DOJ is wrong and retarded then.
DOJ says full grand jury in Comey case was not presented copy of final indictment

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) — The prosecution of former FBI Director James Comey hit another hurdle Wednesday as the Justice Department acknowledged a possible lapse in how the case was presented to a federal grand jury for indictment.
The concession risked further imperiling a politically charged prosecution already subject to multiple challenges and demands for its dismissal. It came during a hearing in which Comey’s lawyers asked U.S. District Judge Michael Nachmanoff to throw out the case on grounds that the government was being vindictive. A separate challenge to Lindsey Halligan, the hastily appointed and inexperienced prosecutor who secured the indictment, is pending.

While that was included in Comey's motion to dismiss, the court didn't have to address it specifically or include that in their decision because proving that her appointment was invalid was all that was needed. However, the very fact that it reads :
2. All actions flowing from Ms. Halligan’s defective appointment, including securing
and signing Mr. Comey’s indictment, were unlawful exercises of executive power
and are hereby set aside.
by all means indicate that the indictment was not presented properly. A properly presented indictment would have been submitted by a properly appointment prosecutor. You have to be a legitimate appointment and possess the minimum powers that come along with it to indict anyone in this case. She was neither a legitimate appointment nor possessing the necessary powers to submit an indictment of any kind. Even Pam Bondi's attempt at time travel couldn't save this little fuck up.

Read better. Try harder to stay up to date.
Ok. I'm not trying to be rude, but you really are not very bright. If you're going to be disrespectful to Coach, call him names, etc. because you think he doesn't a court ruling, you should at least get your facts straight.
You claimed the Comey indictment was dismissed because Haligan did not properly present the indictment to the grand jury. I gave you a link to the opinion showing that is false. Here is another link showing your claim is false:

https://abcnews.go.com/US/judge-dismisses-criminal-cases-comey-james/story?id=127732668Now you come back with an unlinked article talking about the failure to properly present the indictment, which was presented to a DIFFERENT judge, who never actually ruled on that issue.
To be clear: the Comey indictment was dismissed solely because Judge Cameron McGowan Currie ruled Halligan's appointment was unlawful. The excerpt you just posted is about Judge Michael Nachmanoff, who was dealing with the presentation of the incitment issue, but never actually ruled on it.
Now, if you were not such a dumb a@@, you would just admit you made a mistake and apologize to Coach. But there will be snowflakes in Honolulu before that happens.
