You're still not answering the question.  Let's try it one more time:

Biden reversed Stay in Mexico which increased crossings - FACT
There were at least 10M encounters at the Southern Border during the Biden Admin - FACT
There were no "congressional hurdles" necessary to stop it, since Trump was able to close it rapidly - FACT
The bipartisan bill Harris Biden claimed was necessary, while increasing funding, also normalized ~5k crossings a day - FACT.

So given all this, why did he not close the border?  The only rational explanation I have heard is that they would move as many of these folks as they can to swing states, give a path to citizenship, then the swing states turn blue.  Do you think this is plausible?

As for Covid, I don't think we can chalk it up to "better safe than sorry".  Simply because there were thousands and thousands of doctors saying what we were doing was wrong very early on.  Their voices were silenced, and many lost their jobs.  Big tech demonetized folks, twitter accounts were suspended, etc.....It might be one of the biggest scandals in US history (although some might rank cooking up a fake Russia collusion story, and weaponizing our government agencies in an effort to unseat a duly elected President a bit worse).

I think you really want this all to go away, and I really think you're ignoring facts here.  Everything I posted is supported.

Of course he want's it to go away.
He clearly knows what you are saying is correct - only he won't admit it.

Cognitive Dissonance is real & we can see it in action with prime's posts.

White is white except for Prime it's pale cream / snowy / milky etc  ::)

Just like the left did when Biden was in charge?  LOL.

Either way, no.

There needs to be accountability for covering up his mental acuity, the vaccine mandates and Covid handling,  the weaponization of the judicial system, the attempted silencing of individuals, the attempts to hide stories from the public, and the fabrication of Russian collusion to try to remove an elected President.

These cannot slide, and examples need to be made so they don't happen again.

Oh, and also the permitting of millions of illegals into the country (which you think happened naturally).

It is important to note that almost all COVID mandates were issued while Trump was in office. President Biden signed a resolution on April 10, 2023, ending the national emergency declaration related to COVID-19, thus ending Federal vaccine and mask mandates.

States issued mandates and closures not the Federal Government

State-wide ordinances for school closures began on March 16, 2020, and by March 24, 2020, all states had closed schools until further notice.

March 15, 2020:

On March 15, 2020,  states began to implement shutdowns in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Mask mandates for the general public were issued at the state level and by private entities. 39 States issued mask mandates starting in 2020.

The early pandemic period featured surging establishment closures, many of which were temporary and reopened shortly thereafter. However, establishment exits also surged, permanently destroying nearly 1.2 million jobs in the second quarter of 2020.

Federal COVID restrictions and mandates timeline:

March 16, 2020:
White House announces, "15 Days to Slow the Spread," a nationwide effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 through the implementation of social distancing at all levels of society.

March 29, 2020:
POTUS extends social distancing guidelines through April 30, 2020.

April 5, 2020:
Secretary of Defense issues Guidance on the Use of Cloth Face Coverings. All individuals on DOD property, installations, and facilities will wear face coverings when they cannot maintain six feet of social distance. SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZED YOUTH ACTIVITIES (e.g., daycare, camp) that are currently closed should remain closed. Bars shall remain closed.

President Donald Trump formally announced Operation Warp Speed on May 15, 2020. Operation Warp Speed greatly increased the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

I was referring to vaccine mandates.

Mask mandates, while stupid, were relatively harmless.  Social distancing, similar.

Making it mandatory for folks who work in large companies to have to get an experimental gene therapy that was never tested to see if it stopped transmission?  Criminal.  Keeping schools closed?  Criminal.  Adding mRNA to kid's vax schedules?  Criminal.

It's not the same.

Not going to answer the border thing, huh?

Dear President Trump,

We, 70,000 Cambodian Buddhist monks, extend our deepest gratitude for your visionary leadership in securing the recent ceasefire between Cambodia and Thailand. Your diplomatic efforts in Kuala Lumpur averted a catastrophic war, alleviating immense suffering and fostering stability.

As the Peace President, your commitment to global harmony is exemplary. We wholeheartedly support Prime Minister Hun Manet's nomination of you for the Nobel Peace Prize.

May Buddha bless you, the First Lady, and the American people with health and longevity.

With profound esteem,
Cambodian Buddhist Monks

1. DeSantis said they're not going to stop deporting into that prison and added they were opening another 2000 cell facility.

2. Take remedial 9th grade civics course. Like Boasberg, federal activists judges don't have executive authority. But you keep right on thinking they're going to tear that down lol

2. "Gavin" is at 27% and proving everyday to be less competent than Biden was the day Trump ended his fake Presidency early in their last and final debate

as for the rest of propaganda post....you've always failed at sourcing.

Looks like we will find out whether Federal Judge Kathleen M. Williams has the authority to make this ruling soon enough.

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/judge-rules-alligator-alcatraz-florida-no-new-detainees-rcna224550

https://iowacapitaldispatch.com/2025/08/22/federal-judge-halts-operations-at-alligator-alcatraz

A spokesperson for the state attorney general’s office said on X that it would seek to appeal the ruling, saying that Williams’ district was the “improper venue” for a lawsuit about the center, and that the judge had overstepped her authority. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ spokesman told CNN: “The deportations will continue until morale improves.”
https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/ron-desantis-scoffs-judge-order-163048537.html

The Trump administration had argued that a review under the National Environmental Policy Act did not apply because while the center houses federal immigration detainees, it is run by the state. At the same time, the administration of Gov. Ron DeSantis argued that its authority to operate the detention center came from an agreement with the federal government delegating some immigration enforcement powers to Florida.

As for U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, it appears he has more authority than you thought... we will see.

Boasberg cleared to rule on CECOT migrant deportations after appeals court decision
The appeals court punted the case back to the lower court for review— keeping U.S. Judge James Boasberg squarely in Trump's crosshairs

A federal appeals court cleared the way this month for U.S. District Judge James Boasberg to continue to rule on the fate of hundreds of CECOT migrants deported by the Trump administration earlier this year — dissolving an emergency stay it previously handed down, and sending the case back down to the lower court for further consideration.

US judges have no authority to override the executive branch.

Coach, you can continue to 'shoot from the hip," which you no doubt will do. I prefer doing a little research before posting or debating via a Zoom meeting because unlike some folks who think they know it all, I do not.

US judges can override the executive branch through a process called judicial review, where courts can declare executive orders or actions unlawful, unconstitutional, or beyond the President's authority.

On the other hand, since Trump flouts the law everyday, anything could happen.
