If they determined that there isn't a likely guilty beyond reasonable doubt verdict, what is the problem?

If they cannot definitively prove the damage/potential damage done to the pool wasn't the result of poor installation, it's not worth the time, because they won't win.

   The Pennsylvania Department of Health announced Wednesday afternoon that 26 new measles cases have been reported across the state in the past two days.

Lancaster County saw the biggest jump, with 12 new cases reported since Monday. Chester, Mifflin, Perry, Snyder, and York counties also reported an increase in cases.


Centre, Clarion, and Jefferson counties reported their first measles cases of the year.

So far in 2026, Pennsylvania has confirmed 202 measles cases. For context, the state reported 16 cases in 2025 and four cases in 2024.
