Thats a thing for all people in all areas...people telling me I'm stage ready, 4-5% fat...but no...I know what stage ready is, I know what 5-6% is. Im not delusional. Most people are not very critical, they are more like "oh yeah hurray u great fun u the best awsome" those people will never achieve higher level of performance in....anything...
