Im 8 years post op from disc replacement at three levels, atrophied down to nothing down the right side, you can get it back to a point never the same contraction strength, but it will improve slowly, you could never compete again, as symmetrically your gone, but wait till lee stops training he will disappear altogether and look worse down that side, you can never juice again as the nerve response is gone and all the gear in the world wont grow that side but you can train and hold what you can, silly to stop doing weights altogether train lighter with your cardio, mid 40s should be standard anyway
