his only problem was he couldnt take what he dished out

he kept posting be theres info after about three short time outs i think

total psycho and worst conditioning prep coach ever

His contest prep threads were pure gold though.  He had Ragu on tons of gear, the guy looked like shit, placed 6th in a natural contest, and then got popped for a piss test.   :D
