Amateur hour compared to Chicago
It's the biggest city where the violence is out of control, but pound for pound the smaller ones like St. Louis and Baltimore, actually have a higher rate.
If you've ever wondered why New York is seemingly peaceful compared to all of these other shit holes even though there are more blacks in NYC than anywhere, the question can be answered in two words: Rudy Giuliani. The policies he put in place are still pretty much intact, but that's starting to change as a result of mayor comrade Bill De Blasio.
Expect the racism angle to be played pretty hard leading up to the 2018 elections. The Dems really need to cover up the fact that inner cities, all Dem controlled, are a freaking disaster. Deep down the Dems would really like to kick blacks to the curb but at 20% of their voter base they just can't. So, the rationalizations and excuses for failure will keep coming hot and heavy.
And a few hundred rednecks are going to be portrayed as typical of Trump voters. Truth is that white men in America have never been more peaceful and blacks have never been more violent.
