what's your diet like right now
If I recall you were doing some kind of modified paleo (meat,green veggies, fats, limited carbs, no alcohol?)
I would also say that my workout routine - sort of backed into it - works awesome for fat loss and muscle retention. Its a HIIT type thing - high tempo but with basic exercises with weights.
We all are different builds - for me keeping fat off is always a struggle - and this works pretty well.
I do 10 - 6 minute sets. 60 minutes
Each set looks something like this for lower body
1 min jump rope
1 min squats
1 min lunges
1 min step ups or or calves or leg extensions or curls.
1 min abs or mountain climbers
1 min rest
x 10
For upper body -
1 min jump rope
1 min pull downs, rows , etc
1 min bench/ dips / flys
1 min military press or shoulders
1 min mountain climbers
1 min rest
x 10
Have gotten great results from this last few months.
