I'm thankful to my dad for those genetics. Were you a powerlifter too? Very thick hard earned muscle.
I would never call myself strictly a powerlifter; however, when I first started to train, I obsessively did deadlifts and squats. I had a pretty big deadlift too. I think like 455 for 1-2 reps without straps (I was maybe 160-170 at the time). Then, I had a double inguinal hernia operation and never did deadlifts or squats again. Its been a long time since Ive done any of those movements.
As of now, my arm workouts are pretty straightforward
Biceps: Preacher curls, barbell curls, cross hammer curls, and drag curls.
Triceps: Pressdowns, close grip bench presses, machine dips, and underhand pressdowns
Forearms: Farmers walk and behind back forearm curls.
